Esko.ai applies ZEF Ltd's Terms & Conditions. Data security is very important to us — all data, including personal data, is handled and processed securely. The GDPR is taken into consideration in all stages of personal data processing.
You control your surveys. Want to create a survey that can be edited by any of your colleagues? And another survey that should not be seen by anyone but you? No problem. We have several survey access levels available, so you get to choose who will see the results of more sensitive surveys.
Read Privacy PolicySafe data processing. You as a customer may use personal data such as email addresses as a part of the surveying process. In these cases, we as a survey tool provider will act as a third party between you and your contacts, and GDPR requires us to have a written agreement in the format of a DPA.
